A Simple introduction of whats to come..

An appitizer if you will.

So, wow, have you ever had an idea rolling around in your head, that you kinda wanted to do, and knew you were capable of, yet you never did it. Well this is the result of one such idea. I alwasy thought it would be kinda cool to be a food critic. People wanting to know what you thought of their food, all because your word was somehow more important than others. But.. thats where i developed this problem. Why should a food critics opinion be more important than anyone elses. I mean i have stopped by places here in San Antonio, that were supposedly the best of that specific genre, and they dissapointed. To the same extent however, I have commented to others that something was the best, and people have debunked my own claim. It would seem that everyone has their own opinions on food and rightfully so. And that is one of the things i love about food, aside from the taste I mean. Its so complex and so full of variety, that you will find something for literally everyone if you take the time to look.

So what are you to expect here. Well to be honest, just my opinion on whatever it is i feel the need to put down for the day. It might be a review of a place I recently vistied, it might be one of my fav recipies, it might even be just some commentary on whatever i feel. But let it be known it will always be my opinion, and i want, i encourage you to comment as much as possible. At the end of the day, im not some culinary professional, i am just yer average food loving, mexican, always with something on his mind, and even more on his plate.
